Renaee grew up here. Not in the brochure sense, in the actual sense: school here, first job here, first house here. When she talks about what a place in Redlynch is worth or why Gordonvale is moving, it is not a database talking. It is someone who has watched these suburbs change for decades.

She spent more than ten years working in finance and property before starting Mac & Co Lending, because she kept watching the same thing happen. Locals would walk into a bank, get handed the one product that suited the bank, and never find out what else was out there. The fix was obvious: sit on the customer's side of the table instead.

As a broker she holds a full membership with the FBAA, is a credit representative under an Australian Credit Licence, and works with a wide panel of lenders. That panel matters. It means the answer to "who should my loan be with" starts from dozens of options, not one logo.

The annual review, and why she bothers

Most brokers settle your loan and vanish. Renaee is upfront about being the opposite. In her words: "I am not the set and forget type. A loan that was sharp two years ago can be lazy today. Once a year I check, and if your lender has drifted, we fix it." That yearly check comes with every loan she writes, without you asking.

How she works

First chats are free and happen wherever suits: her office, your kitchen table, the phone. She explains things in plain English, tells you when a loan is a bad idea, and gives you her mobile number, which she answers. The business is hers, the name is on it, and it only works if people in this town keep recommending her.
